About
Leslie McBay is a Toronto-based performer, theatre creator, intimacy director, and lover of naps. A graduate of the University of Toronto and Sheridan College’s joint Acting program, Leslie grew up in Northern Ontario (Sault Ste. Marie, to be exact) where she co-founded a prolific youth theatre company. Favourite performer credits include Orphan Black (BBC America/Space), Mary Kills People (Global/Lifetime), Romeo and (her) Juliet (Headstrong Collective/Urban Bard), and The Two Gentlewomen of Verona (Dauntless City Theatre). Leslie is an all-season cyclist, nerd, and avid cuddler of her pup Starbuck (who has herself been an actor-dog in two plays).
